Women’s self defense is a theme at the heart of Action Karate Bethlehem. We work daily to introduce young girls to martial arts to help them gain confidence and self defense techniques that they can use throughout their lives. We have seen first hand the profound positive impact of martial arts on the lives of young girls, young women, and adult women. That is why we are partnering with Turning Point of Lehigh Valley to bring you this fun self defense class (women only) that also benefits survivors of domestic abuse. All proceeds to benefit Turning Point of Lehigh Valley!
