Position: Housing Advocacy Director
Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt, Salary $63,000 – $82,000.
Are you looking for an opportunity to help survivors of domestic and intimate partner abuse and make a difference in your community? Turning Point of Lehigh Valley is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as the Housing Advocacy Director. This position requires strong leadership skills. The Housing Advocacy Director is responsible for the overall operation, services, and safety of Turning Point’s Safe House residential shelter and provides oversight of the agency’s transitional housing program for victims of domestic and intimate partner abuse.
The Housing Advocacy Director leads the Safe House Team through direct supervision of the daytime & overnight Advocate staff positions and the Mobile Advocate, as well as providing direct supervision of the Director of Transitional Housing. This position manages the legal, regulatory, and contractual compliance of the facility, ensures timely and accurate data gathering and analysis to improve Turning Point’s services, and collaborates with other community agencies to promote the mission of Turning Point. This position requires initiative, independent judgement, flexibility, problem-solving abilities and strong leadership skills.
This position is full-time and exempt. Salary range is between $63,000 - $82,000. annually and we are currently offering a $1,000.00 sign-on bonus. Position: Chief Program Officer

Join Turning Point of Lehigh Valley as our Chief Program Officer and lead the charge in developing and implementing transformative initiatives that will shape our future success.
The Chief Program Officer will assist in the planning, development, implementation and analysis of Turning Point’s programs. In collaboration with the Executive Director, this position will articulate and implement the operational goals and strategic vision of the agency. The Chief Program Officer is responsible for providing leadership in creating, implementing, and monitoring client programmatic and community engagement services. The Chief Program Officer is also accountable for securing governmental funding for and reporting on the deliverability of agency services and outcomes, supporting findings with objective data.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, non-profit management, psychology) is desirable. A minimum of 3 years of experience in non-profit management, ideally with a focus on domestic violence or related fields. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to promote a culture of respect and a commitment to social justice, trauma-informed practices, equity, and inclusivity while inspiring and motivating teams to achieve goals and drive innovation. Demonstrated experience in grant writing and compliance, with a commitment to addressing systemic inequalities and promoting equity, budget management, financial analysis, and resource allocation. Demonstrated success and evidence of ability to plan and execute work plans. Must possesses a valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License and be able to travel regularly to off-site locations. Fluency in English and another language preferred.

Position: Healthcare Response Coordinator
Position Type: $20.40/Hr. Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Some Nights and Weekends
Are you ready to make a difference? Turning Point of Lehigh Valley has an immediate opening that will help survivors of domestic and intimate partner abuse throughout Lehigh & Northampton Counties by engaging with and training healthcare system partners.
The Healthcare Response Coordinator works with local healthcare providers to create and offer educational programs and develop protocols that improve their responses to survivors. This position will contact various medical providers to help improve policies and procedures within the various hospital systems and other medical settings. The ideal candidate has experience presenting in front of large groups of people, engaging in policy development, and is equally comfortable working with executives as frontline medical professionals.
The Healthcare Response Coordinator position is a full-time, non-exempt position. Position pay is $42,000/yr, and we are currently offering a $1,000.00 sign-on bonus. We offer paid training and full benefits, including generous time off, paid lunch, health, dental, vision, 401K match, and life and disability benefits.
The successful candidate is flexible, responsible, sensitive to trauma and cultural diversity issues, and passionate about serving those experiencing abuse. Must have a minimum of three years’ relevant work experience in health, education, social service or a related field. Must be adept at client database management. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Preferred candidates will be fluent in English and another language.
