Join us as we dive into the essentials of healthy relationships, emphasizing key dynamics such as respect, boundaries, empowerment, and communication. Participants will learn to identify the “green flags” of supportive, healthy connections, and the “red flags” that signal unhealthy or abusive dynamics.

Beyond awareness, this session provides valuable insights on recognizing the signs of abuse. Using real-world examples, including media portrayals, participants will gain tools to foster healthier relationships and support those navigating abuse in your community.

This training is open to all members of the community, but is strongly encouraged for young adults, college students and staff, and individuals of the disability community, including their service providers.
