This training will build foundational knowledge and discuss the main concepts surrounding domestic and intimate partner abuse.

Community members from all backgrounds will expand their awareness to identify the warning signs of abuse, discussing how to respond to survivors in a trauma-informed way and with a survivor-centered focus. We will reflect on life experiences that may further compound a survivor’s healing journey. Finally, we will empower training participants to reflect and create a plan of action to support survivors of all identities and learn what resources Turning Point of Lehigh Valley has to offer.

We will answer any questions that you may have about this topic and the services that Turning Point provides.  This training is open to all community members.
